Idle Hands

A movie from the tail end of the 90’s I have fond memories of, mostly because of the punk rock heavy soundtrack, was IDLE MINDS, a sort of mash up of a teenage rom-com, 90's slacker comedy, and a horror movie.

SHOUT FACTORY, the company that lovingly restores and releases these types of movies produced an extensive special edition and I did illustrations of some of my favorite characters and scenes from the movie that are featured in the Bluray’s special features.

The art and style was left up to me so I was pleased to flex some creative muscle on this and go for neon, limited palette to help bring out the zaniness of the movie and characters.
